So you are completing your final term at college. One question that will constantly be running in your mind is whether are you employable. What does it take to become employable? If you are not quite sure where you stand (and most of us are not sure!) then where do you find solutions to your doubts?

GIBS presents Enchainer2k16 – a symposium to understand what you need to do to become corporate-ready. Mark your calendars for April 6, 2016. The symposium will be held at the GIBS Residential campus, and you will get to learn and understand 6 well-known personalities who have made a mark in their field with indelible ink. Here you will gain a wider perspective of employability skills that will help you in deciding what skills you need to focus on to increase your employability.

The symposium has the big shots talking and sharing their experiences which will make you pave the right path toward getting your dream job. The chief guest is Mr. Raghunandan SV, HR Manager Ess Vee Associates. With more than two decades of experience, he is bound to remove all your doubts about how to make you employable. The second speaker is the multi-faceted Ms. Preeja Sreedhar, who is not only a renowned academician and corporate trainer but also a writer and keen publisher who has several papers and articles on HRM to her credit. What’s more, Ms. Pragya, Executive, global campus hiring WIPRO; Ms. Vidya, an expert in the supply chain, finance and insurance, CRM and ERP; Mr. Satish, Times Inc. recruiter and Mr. Prashanth currently associated with EY as associate director recruitment are on the panel. With such a picture-perfect set of people to guide the freshers, it is going to be undoubtedly one of the best symposiums to be conducted on employability challenges and solutions.
