Then based on the applications, sorting will be done on the following parameters: Student Preferences, Work profile, Job Location, Salary package, Student Intake, and Career Prospects & the students will get shortlisted for the final interview. Companies conduct their selection process which generally comprises the shortlisted CV, Group Discussions, and Interviews after which final results are announced by the companies.
