Experience: Dr. AVR Mahadev has been in the area of Channel Management, Retail Sales, Sales Strategy, and Sales Promotions in development and implementation for 11 years across the formats in the Telecom service providers, Insurance, and Telecom Software industries with companies of Airtel, Tata Communications, HDFC and Geneva Software Technologies. He has also been in the AWS Cloud computing solutions offerings and built Customer Relationships. He has been a trainer and consultant for a few assignments in the retailing and sales skills areas.

He has been teaching Marketing for the MBA and other postgraduate programs for the last 15 years at the International School of Business Excellence, Jain University, Christ University, and GIBS Business School. His expertise in the industry has been the stronghold for bringing the practice of Marketing into the classroom. Experience: Mr Kiran with 21+ years of IT Industry Experience has been handling project delivery across many countries including, the US, UK, Brazil, and Japan. Experience: - He is a techno-business strategist cum academician with 37 years of experience with global technology companies and premier B-Schools. He held top/senior leadership positions with Alcatel Lucent, Lucent AT&T, Fujitsu, Tellabs, Reliance Jio, and the Indian School of Business (ISB). In his role as Director of R&D with Lucent AT&T and later Alcatel Lucent, he spearheaded technology transformation initiatives in the CDMA network in the USA. Later, he moved to global corporate education within Alcatel Lucent and held the position of Asia Pacific head with Alcatel Lucent university (24 campuses in APAC). He later set up a countrywide Jio university as a Chief Learning Officer of Reliance Jio. He moved to the management education space in 2018 with ISB (Hyderabad) and spearheaded initiatives to set up ISB digital campus. He has been associated with IIM-Lucknow (Executive programs), MDI (Gurgaon), and Amity University Online MBA (Global). He also conducts master classes & management development programs for CEOs, CHROs, and senior/mid-level professionals in the industry.
